Booth Size, Show Colors

Standard Single Booth Size is 10 feet x 10 feet.
Show colors are red and black.
Drapery colors: 8 foot back drapes will be red and black; 3 foot side drapes will be red.
Aisles will be carpeted in black.

What is Included with Booth Space Rental

Includes the following:

Drapery – 8 foot red and black back drapes; 3 foot red side drapes
Black aisle carpeting
Booth sign listing firm name
Janitorial service in aisles
Registration passes based on the number of booths purchased
Company name, description and category listing in ICTE Show Program
Company name and website link on ICTE website.

Does Not Include the following:

Electricity, tables, chairs, phones, forklift service, etc., These items can be ordered through the Alliant Energy Center website at www.alliantenergycenter.com.
Carpeting in the booth
Any furniture, plants or decorations
Admission to any official function without proper registration and/or appropriate fees paid
Electricity or other utilities

Name Badges for Exhibit Personnel

Everyone on the exhibit floor must have a name badge. If you have not already registered those working in your booth, on-line registration is available, or complete the registration form located in the ICTE Registration brochure.

Registration Options

Full Registration includes all events (not including Awards Banquet). See Complimentary Passes below; additional Full Registrations are $295 ($320 after 3/29/10).
Exhibits Only Registration includes access to the exhibit floor, lunches and receptions. Cost: Free to Exhibitors.
Single Day Registration (Wednesday or Thursday) includes all events on that day (not including Awards Banquet) Cost: $195 ($220 after 3/29/10)
Awards Banquet $60

Complimentary Passes

Free Exhibits Only passes are included with each booth for all company personnel working in the booth. Exhibiting companies will also receive the following number of free Full Registrations.

1 Free Full Registration for exhibitors with 1, 2 or 3 booths
2 Free Full Registrations for exhibitors with 4-6 booths
4 Free Full Registrations for exhibitors with 8 booths

Freight Receiving & Shipping - Ingress date: 4/19/2010

Ship all freight (ADVANCE & DIRECT) to 1919 Alliant Energy Center Way, Madison WI 53713. Make sure all packages are clearly marked with show name, booth name and booth number!

ADVANCE SHIPMENTS
The Alliant Energy Center will receive shipments prior to ingress of the show and will provide up to thirty (30) days storage, delivery to the booth, removal and storage of empty packing materials and handling of outbound shipments by common carrier at the rate of $39.50 cwt. (does not include sales tax) We are not responsible for shipments when incomplete or incorrect information is provided.

DIRECT SHIPMENTS

The Alliant Energy Center will receive shipments during ingress and show and will provide delivery to the booth, removal and storage of empty packing materials and handling of outbound shipments by common carrier at the rate of $46.00 cwt. (does not include sales tax).

Set Up Time

Exhibitors may move in from Noon until 9:00 p.m. on Monday, April 19, 2010. Additional move-in time is provided Tuesday, April 20, from 8:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. And Wednesday, April 21 from 8:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. It is the responsibility of each exhibitor to have their exhibit in place before the trade show opens.

Where to Unload

When arriving at the Alliant Energy Center to move in, please follow the signs to “SHIPPING & RECEIVING”. This will take you to the loading dock area behind the Hall where a parking attendant will assist you. (The Alliant Energy Center requests exhibitors to NOT enter through the front lobby doors.) We ask that Exhibitors unload into their booth and then move their vehicle out of the loading dock before setting up. The Alliant Energy Center requests all exhibitors to move in from the loading dock area at the back of the building.

Dismantling of Exhibits

Dismantling and removal of exhibits will begin no sooner than the close of the exhibit floor at 4:00 p.m. Thursday, April 22, 2010. Exhibits numbered 502-1139 must be removed by 11:00 p.m. Thursday. Exhibits numbered 103-439 must be removed no later than 10:00 a.m. Friday, April 23.
